Our innovative scrap metal recycling line is made up of a set of processes and machinery specifically designed for the recovery and reuse of metals and other materials derived from waste products, such as cars, appliances, metal structures and other materials that contain ferrous metals (such as steel) and non-ferrous (such as aluminum or copper) Our line has a Shredding stage: The material is passed through a metal crusher (shredder) that reduces it to more manageable fragments. During this process, metals are separated from other materials such as plastics, rubber or glass. After crushing, a magnetic separator is used to distinguish ferrous from non-ferrous metals.
