Warranty 12 months all covered if quality problems on motor, pump, valves, electrical components. If broken by people wrong operation, won’t cover warranty. For motors and pump, is required return old one, then will be send new ones for replacement
No warranty for wearing parts, such as cylinder seals, knives.

Warranty - Shipping & Return Policies

It does not include a guarantee for improper handling of the machine when unloading from a container or truck.

Prices quoted are Ex-works floor of ship point unless otherwise stated. Unless specifically itemized in this invoice, prices quoted are exclusive of any government sales, use tax. import or export tax, fees or levies. Purchaser is responsible for such fees.
Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, EP Tech of and from any and all claims or liabilities from accidents involving these machines caused by failure of buyer, his employees, or agents to install proper safe guards or to follow instructions, warnings or recommendations available from the original manufacturer or laws applicable to such equipment including the Occupational and Safety and Health Act of 1970, and as amended.
Buyer is responsible for all freight charges and related shipping expenses such as rigging fees, broker fees, etc. Ex-works point of shipment.
EP Tech shall have no liability for any consequential damages (including, without limitation, any personal in jury or any damage to other equipment) which may relate to such defect over and above the purchase price of the equipment being purchased by the Buyer hereunder.
